Everyone’s saying the same thing after seeing how many people actually attended Trump’s $45,000,000 parade

Donald Trump attended the military parade for his 79th birthdayThe president celebrated his birthday at a $45 million military parade with hundreds of thousands of people, though people suspect something different.

It was Donald Trump‘s 79th birthday on Saturday (June 14) and the POTUS celebrated it by attending a military parade dedicated to the US Army’s 250th anniversary in Washington, DC.

Trump walked out to ‘Hail to the Chief’ and ‘Happy Birthday’ alongside First Lady Melania Trump, his family, and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth among other officials.

The power of the military went on full display in the parade, with tanks and aircrafts spanning the decades as well as parachuters from the sky and more than 6,000 uniformed soldiers in period consumes patrolling through the capital.

The parade lifted the lit on the American Army’s story, from the Battle of Lexington in the Revolutionary War through to the modern day.

The historic moment comes as the last time American troops gathered in such large numbers was after the Gulf War in 1991.

The president addressed the crowd and military personnel at the end of the parade in an eight-minute-long speech, saying in part: “Every other country celebrates their victories. It’s about time America did too.

“We’re the hottest country in the world right now,” he continued. “If you threaten the American people, our soldiers are coming for you.”

Afterwards, Trump and attendees were treated to a massive display of fireworks over the Tidal Basin.

The White House communications director, Steven Cheung, boasted that more than 250,000 ‘patriots showed up’ to lend their support, ‘despite the threat of rain’.

However, attendees and images of the parade has prompted many to believe that figure has been vastly inflated with reports from the Associated Press, the New York Times and Fox News suggesting the crowd was much smaller.

Dozens have since taken to social media to slam what they describe as a poor turnout.

“Bro said ‘display of military might’. I see lawn chairs and a Bluetooth speaker,” said one on Twitter. “It looks like a recruiting booth a Six Flags.”

“More people IN the parade than AT the parade,” said another.

Others said they felt sorry for the military personnel and that the spectacle, estimated to cost between $25 million to $45 million, was a waste of money.

“Military parades are a waste. I want our troops to be allowed to do their jobs, not be paraded around for trump’s birthday,” a third penned.

The big day came as Trump said he has wanted a parade since his first presidential term in 2017 but was blocked by his then-administration.

The event was also affected by protesters who deliberately organized a clash with the celebration, holding a flagship march in Philadelphia to ‘draw a clear contrast between our people-powered movement and the costly, wasteful, and un-American birthday parade in Washington,’ according to the ‘No Kings’ demonstrators as per The Independent.

The demonstrators took to cities across the US on Saturday in protest of Trump’s alleged authoritarian agenda including his aggressive immigration raids.

While Trump threatened to meet the protesters with a ‘very big force’ ahead of the parade, Cheung mocked them on Twitter, ironically calling it an ‘utter failure with minuscule attendance’.

“It is sad Democrats and liberals would rather support criminals and illegals instead of celebrating the 250th anniversary of our great U.S. Army and Flag Day. But many more Americans are commemorating our brave military men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice and who those continue to serve our country,” he wrote.

Everyone’s saying the same thing after Elon Musk explains why he U-turned on Trump Epstein claims

Elon Musk and Donald Trump’s clash caused plenty of waves last week with many questioning the pair’s future relationship.

Billionaire Elon Musk and US president Donald Trump have been quite the political duo over the last few months but things looked dire after a series of tweets from Musk.

The pair appeared to initially fall out over Trump’s ‘big beautiful bill, with Musk criticising it on X.

While disagreements are to be expected now and again, things started to heat up when Musk threw out quite a haymaker in one of his tweets.

He claimed that that the Jeffrey Epstein files haven’t been released because Trump is named in them.

Musk posted: “Time to drop the really big bomb: @realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files,” he alleged. “That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!”

Musk added in a follow-up tweet: “Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out.” He did not provide any evidence for these claims, however.

However, Musk has since deleted the post, while still keeping other critical posts up on his page before making a public U-turn.

Writing on June 11, Musk added: “I regret some of my posts about President @realDonaldTrump last week. They went too far.”

However, many social media users have been saying the same thing in regard to the post about Epstein, that Musk needs to explain whether he was lying about Trump being on the list or that he is now defending Trump despite him allegedly being on it.

Musk has provided no evidence of any wrong doing.

Responding to Musk’s tweet, one user commented: “Are you back to defending someone who you said is on the Epstein files?”

Another said: “You said that Trump was in the Epstein files— don’t try to backtrack now. Did someone threaten you?”

A third wrote: “So which one is it, is he in the Epstein files or did you just lie about it?”

With another adding: “There’s a difference between ‘too far’ and whether or not they are accurate. You specifically said the Epstein Files aren’t out because he’s on them. Is that True or False?”

Everyone’s saying the same thing about Trump’s signature as he signs slew of executive orders

President Trump broke the record for most executive orders signed on his first day in office

Anyone who has been keeping up with the news of late is likely to have heard of the blitz of orders that Donald Trump has already signed — and he’s not even been back in office for a week.

Trump‘s inauguration took place on Monday (January 20) and in the first day behind the Oval Desk once more, he’s thought to have broken records by signing over 200 executive orders.

Between a chaotic inauguration and a string of photographs showing the newly-instated President signing off multiple documents, it’s safe to say that Trump has been hard to miss in the news recently.

And while people have had a lot to say about the orders themselves ( one titled ‘Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government’ in particular), they’ve also been commenting on Trump’s actual signature.

The 78-year-old is famous for using a Sharpie pen to sign things, and it makes for quite a hard-to-miss signature.

Not only is it very bold, but it’s somewhat messy. Commenting on this, one person said on Twitter in recent days: “Tariff Trump’s signature is as erratic as his thinking. No wonder this man is so unbalanced.”

Someone else penned: “Convicted Felon Donald Trump doesn’t know what he’s signing with a Sharpie pen, he hasn’t read the executive orders, he simply wants to show off his scrawling, messy signature in a photo op.”

Elsewhere, someone suggested that it ‘looks like a metal logo’.

But a more common comparison is that the iconic signature looks like some kind of chart.

“Trump’s signature looks like a seismograph chart,” someone said on social media.

Another person echoed last year: “President Donald J. Trump’s signature looks like a seismic chart. A good shake-up is happening.”

“Ever notice how Trump’s signature looks like a line chart of a terribly performing stock,” quipped a third.

A different Twitter user joked that the signature looked like a lie detector chart – and now I can’t unsee it.

There’s a chance that we might have to see the unusual signature for another eight years as well, as one devout Republican has suggested that the 22nd Amendment is changed so that Trump can run for a third term.

Representative Andy Ogles has argued that the president needs at a decade to correct the ‘relentless abuses’ the Biden Administration subjected Americans to during his time in office.

For the change to be made, Ogles’ proposal will have to be passed by both the House of Representatives and the Senate, for the president to then sign into law.

The fall out continues…

People are all pointing out the same thing about a viral photo of Elon Musk after he called for President Donald Trump to be impeached.

In the past week, the relationship between Trump and Musk has taken a dramatic nose dive.

The SpaceX founder recently quit the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and has since made some shocking claims about Trump.

Not only did Musk link him to the Jeffrey Epstein files, he also called for the president to be impeached.

In one tweet, Musk seemed to be in agreement with another Twitter user that Trump should be impeached and his vice president, JD Vance, take over as POTUS.

The person in question posted: “President vs Elon. Who wins? My money’s on Elon. Trump should be impeached and JD Vance should replace him.”

Musk proceeded to reshare the tweet and wrote ‘yes’ alongside it.

Following the shocking fallout, people have been commenting on a photo of Musk taken a few months ago.

In the image, Musk is wearing a cap that reads: “Trump was right about everything.”

As many pointed out, the image didn’t exactly age well.

Sharing the photo on Reddit, one person wrote: “This aged well.”

While another said: “Aged like a fine milk.”

The feud seems to stem from the billionaire’s criticism of Trump’s ‘big beautiful bill’. Some key parts of the controversial bill includes no tax on Social Security, and no tax on overtime and tips.

Amid the ongoing feud between Musk and Trump, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has spoken out and branded Musk’s tirade against the President as an ‘unfortunate episode’.

Speaking to CNN, Leavitt said: “This is an unfortunate episode from Elon, who is unhappy with the One Big Beautiful Bill because it does not include the policies he wanted.

“The President is focused on passing this historic piece of legislation and making our country great again.”

Leavitt has since spoken further on the matter on Fox News’ Hannity.

When asked about the tensions between the pair, she shared: “Just days ago, Elon thanked the president for his incredible leadership to cut waste and fraud in our government, which this one big beautiful bill does.”

She continued: “The only difference between Friday and today is Elon went back to his companies and as a businessman, he has a right to speak for his companies, but as president, President Trump has a responsibility to fight for this country.”

Donald Trump appeared a little flustered when asked about actors who reportedly chose to boycott his attendance following a decision he made for the Kennedy Center theatre.

Donald Trump’s attendance of Les Misérables at the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington DC, last night (11 June) was likely more controversial than he would have liked.

The president attracted both his supporters and critics at the event, and was asked by reporters whether he was aware of or cared about potential boycotts.

Ahead of the show, it was rumored that cast members planned to walk off the stage in protest of his attendance. Four drag performers even showed up at the venue to show their visibility following Trump’s pledge to stop drag shows at that theatre.

Writing on social media in February, Trump said: “NO MORE DRAG SHOWS, OR OTHER ANTI-AMERICAN PROPAGANDA.”

At a recent dinner for the Kennedy Center Board, he added: “The programming was out of control with rampant political propaganda, [diversity, equity and inclusion] and inappropriate shows.”

However, when asked about it ahead of going into the showing on Wednesday, Trump boasted about his alleged accomplishments and how he handled the situation in Los Angeles.

He said: “I couldn’t care less, honestly, I couldn’t. All I do is run the country well.

“The economic numbers, you saw them today, they are setting records, we took 88 billion dollars in tariffs in two months, far beyond what anyone expected.

“There is no inflation, people are happy, people are wealthy, the country is getting back to strength again, that is what I care about. And we are going to have a safe country, we are not going to have what would have happened in Los Angeles.

“Remember, if I wasn’t there, if I didn’t act quickly on that, Los Angeles would be burning to the ground right now.”

These comments came before the president was both ‘cheered and booed’ at the Kennedy Center, according to Reuters White House Correspondent Jeff Mason.

On social media, many people remarked at how Trump’s reply was rather odd with some alleging he was masking his frustration.

Another said: “When you have to tell people you ‘run the country well’ …you’re not running the country well.”

Another said: “Once he gets hold of the actors’ names who plan on boycotting, he’ll mention them non-stop in his 3 am posts for weeks. Let’s see … the insults will include ‘overrated’, ‘fake’, ‘not good looking’, ‘mediocre’, ‘untalented’.”

And a third added: “Trump’s indifference is just another sign he’s losing grip — on politics, on reality.”

With another writing: “When he finds out who boycotts he’ll attack them on social media.”
