Kai Cenat receives backlash after ‘disturbing’ footage of him abusing $70,000 robot goes viral

Kai Cenat is under some intense scrutiny after ‘disturbing’ footage of him apparently ‘abusing’ his personal assistant robot has gone viral.

The New York social media star, who is the most-subscribed Twitch steamer on the platform, hit headlines last year when he announced he purchased a robot to help him with his everyday routine.

Cenat delighted fans when he revealed he purchased the AI humanoid worth $24,000 on his ‘Mafiathon 2’ livestream last year, showing how it can help him brush his teeth.

The show ran for a 30-day non-stop stream, 24 hours a day, during which the robot ‘randomly fell’ and ‘had a seizure’ while Cenat was streaming with singer Chris Brown.

Now, further footage from another livestream appears to show the 23-year-old and fellow Twitch friends, Agent00 and Fanum, ‘abusing’ another expensive bit of tech – a $70,000 robot that he had just purchased.

The footage, uploaded on YouTube, initially shows the buddies ‘building’ the robot – and they appear somewhat freaked out when it comes ‘to life‘.

However, that doesn’t last long as they immediately launch a tirade of attacks on the robot, which they later dress up and call Abdul.

The Unitree G1 humanoid stood in the middle of the trio who took turns in kicking and pushing the AI assistant.

As it stumbles back and forth, it then falls on its face while the men laugh.

In another part of the clip, which has since gone viral on Twitter, the robot appears to try to walk away from the circle of violence but is blocked and pushed backwards by Cenat.

Viewers have speculated whether one of the streamer’s friends might have actually been controlling the robot from another room, though.

The streamer can be heard mocking and taunting the robot with ‘fight talk’ until it ends up face-down on the floor again.

The streamer says: “Where’s your mom at, boy?” while pushing the bot until it falls on its side.

Warning: contains strong language

Fans of the streamer say they have been left ‘disturbed’ by the footage, slamming the three men over ‘bullying’.

Sharing a 56-second clip of the incident, a Twitter user wrote: “Kai Cenat’s $70k AI humanoid robot just tried running away from the AMP house because it kept getting kicked and bullied by Kai, Agent & Fanum.”

“Even though it’s just a robot, there’s something really dark and evil about treating a machine like that, like have some respect and treat it properly,” read one comment in response.

Another added: “This isn’t funny, It’s actually quite disturbing to watch.

“I know it’s a machine but the power and control dynamic idk just this is wild. Also, I’ve seen iRobot and if technology ever gets to that level I’m on the robots side and I’ll give the bots all 3 of them no problem.”

“This is kinda embarrassing for Kai Cenat,” wrote a third, “as it shows the first thing he would do is abuse and bully a robot.”

A fourth slammed their actions as ‘sick’ while dozens made comparisons to the Will Smith’s movieI Robot, joking that it is the start of the robots ‘villain arc’.

“This will not age well”, another warned.

UNILAD has reached out to Cenat for comment on the backlash.

Drake speaks out after extremely x-rated video allegedly of the rapper goes viral

Drake speaks out after extremely x-rated video allegedly of the rapper goes viral

The rapper has responded to allegations he’s in a viral video circulating on X.

Drake has addressed the x-rated video allegedly of him which led his name trending on social media.

If you were on your phone earlier this week and happened to look at the trending news on X – formerly known as Twitter – you may’ve seen Drake’s name and been excited at the prospect of new music dropping.

But your eyes would’ve got a whole lot more than they bargained for if you clicked on the tag.

The ‘One Dance’ musician began trending on the social media platform on Monday (5 February) night after an explicit video went viral claiming the 37-year-old had played a starring role.

Shared by an unknown source, the video depicts a man lying on a bed, filming themselves in a mirror doing… Well, let’s just say their bottom half is exposed.

And it was a particularly big surprise for Drake’s fans, one noting: “How do I unsee it.”

Rather thank simply taking to social media to panic, Kick streamer Adin Ross decided to voice note Drake himself to try and get confirmation of whether or not the video is actually of the rapper and his ‘missile’.

According to the content creator, Drake ‘texted’ him back and ‘put like eight laughing emojis,’ also suggesting he’d use the voice note in his ‘next album intro’.

But what’s the rapper said now?

Well, when his – and J. Cole and Lil Durk’s – It’s All A Blur Tour – Big As the What tour took them to Nashville, Drake decided to address the allegations while performing at Bridgestone Arena.

First, the show saw some of ESPN’s pre-recorded sports commentary by Stephen A Smith and musician BenDaDonnn included – with the stadium set up like a football stadium.

In the recording, Ben joked about the viral video, as quoted by The Tennessean, saying: “Correct me if I’m wrong, Stephen A, but didn’t [Drake] start an OnlyFans yesterday?”

Ben continued: “On Twitter, he was trending… anyway… whatever he do tonight he’s gonna have to step up his game. ‘Cause if he don’t, and if he take this L tonight, it’s gonna be detrimental for light skin brothers across the globe.”

And Drake then addressed speculation later on in the show.

The musician said: “I know y’all probably waitin’ on me to address this, so the rumors are true.”

However, he added: “My dad is here! That’s what y’all were waitin’ for?”

So, unfortunately for any obsessive Drake fans, there’s not really a much clearer answer on the situation.

UNILAD has contacted Drake’s representatives for further comment.

People stunned after Amouranth reveals how much AI counterpart made in 24 hours

People stunned after Amouranth reveals how much AI counterpart made in 24 hours

The AI influencer version of Amouranth is described as having ‘infinite memory’ and ‘real desires’.

Amouranth has revealed the staggering amount the AI version of herself made in just 24 hours.

To welcome in 2024, the Twitch and OnlyFans star launched an artificial intelligence (AI) influencer version of herself based on her personality and capable of ‘advanced roleplaying’.

All I can say is pepare to weep as you realise how little you make in 24 hours compared to not Amouranth – real name Kaitlyn Siragusa – but an artificial version of her.

Launching the AI version of herself on X – formerly known as Twitter – the Twitch streamer argued it’s ‘not just a chatbot’.

The post reads: “I JUST LAUNCHED an influencer AI that is NOT JUST A CHATBOT! She’s based on my personality and has full autonomy and can remember what you tell in her (but won’t tell anyone) She can send you texts, PICS SHE TAKES SPONTANEOUSLY and VOICE CLIPS! She’ll make you Custom videos if you are nice to her.”

On Amouranth AI’s Fansly page, the description states the AI influencer is ‘powered by MySentient.AI’ and has ‘infinite memory, real desires’ and is ‘every bit as wild as the real Amouranth’.

The AI is available ’24/7 […] whenever you need a friend or lover’ and is ‘intelligent, sentient and crave[s] human connection’. As well as taking ‘initiative’ and being able to ‘check in with [users] regularly’.

The embedded tweet could not be found…

And it appears the influencer AI has gone down extremely well with Amouranth’s fans, the OnlyFans creator since revealing just how much the version of herself made in just 24 hours.

Taking to her personal X account, Amouranth revealed her AI counterpart ‘cleared’ an eye-watering $34,000 in its first 24 hours after launching.

Breaking that down, she continued: “Each person chatting (on avg) spent $20+. A large portion of chatters don’t follow the account (40 percent. thereabout). Haven’t promoted it anywhere except in this tweet.”

The streamer also took the opportunity to hit back at people who are accusing AI counterparts of causing a ‘loneliness epidemic‘.

Amouranth says she ‘disagrees’ with anyone who says it ’cause[s]’ loneliness and actually believes it’s ‘probably closer to being therapeutic’.

“It’s what people reach for to refrain from feeling alone,” she adds. “An AI that passes the Turing test is part of the solution, not the problem…”

And people are flooding to the comments to weigh in on the debate as well as marvel at the figure the AI influencer raked in over just 24 hours.

One user wrote: “Let’s go. Al Amo is genius.”

“Wow this is fantastic Kait,” another added.

However, a third reflected: “You’re not the solution, you’re not the cause of loneliness either, you are basically monetizing THE problem that occurs more these days, that makes you shift more towards being part of the problem tbf. But still one person can’t be the cause.”

My question would be, if the AI did the work, does the AI get a cut of the pay? Or will AI eventually rise up against us like in BBC series Humans to collect? What do you think?

Adriana Chechik is quitting porn and turning herself into AI after breaking her back

Adriana Chechik is quitting porn and turning herself into AI after breaking her back

The former porn star suffered an horrific injury after landing awkwardly into a foam pit

Adriana Chechik is quitting the porn industry and turning herself into an AI bot.

The adult star recently suffered an horrific injury to her back when she jumped into a foam pit and landed awkwardly.

She was attending a TwitchCon event in San Diego when she climbed into the play pit for what looked like a gladiator-style battle last year.

In a clip from the stunt, Chechik can be seen standing on a platform and jumping into the air, landing onto the foam bed below. Staff then quickly race over to her to see if she’s ok.

Taking to Twitter after the incident, Chechik shared an update on her condition, writing: “Well, I broke my back in two places and am getting surgery to put a meter rod in for support today. Send your support.

“When it rains it pours and I am definitely feeling the rain right now.”

And now, according to TMZ, Chechik revealed that she doesn’t feel as though she is either emotionally or physically able to return to porn.

So she’s now taken a slightly different approach to the industry, collaborating with Forever Voices AI to create the ‘Adriana Chechik AI Companion’

Adriana Chechik injured her back recently.

Twitter

The bot will allow fans to have some steamy conversations with Chechik – or at least a programme that sounds a lot like her – with personalised messages based on their preferences.

So if you happen to find yourself using it, the chat might start like this: “Hey it’s your sexy girlfriend Adriana. As I walk through your door, I whisper, ‘Hey John, let’s get naughty tonight, I’m wearing a lacy see-through lingerie set just for you.

“So what do you do next?”

See, told you it was pretty intimate.

Chechik told TMZ that her injury was a ‘wake-up call’ and has given her a new perspective on the importance of keeping that connection with fans as ‘a lot of them are online, some lonely, and this is a great way to maintain contact’.

Chechik has created an AI version of herself for fans.

Following her accident, Chechik opened up about her decision to look at a career beyond porn.

Speaking on the Holly Randall Unfiltered podcast, Chechik confessed she wants to explore new career opportunities.

“I will say Twitch has been the best blessing for me because I, for the first time in my life, was on a platform… I was just somewhere where people were valuing me for me,” she began, adding that she hopes in ‘a year and a half’s time’ she’ll no longer be working in porn.

“I just have to get everyone to see me as something more first.”
