Justin Bieber slammed by fans after revealing brutal insult he gave wife Hailey during ‘huge fight’

Many were left stunned over Bieber’s original Instagram caption

Justin Bieber has felt the ire of his fans after he posted a rather bizarre Instagram caption dedicated to his wife over her latest achievement.

Model Hailey Bieber has just accomplished a major milestone by being featured on the front cover of Vogue, and her fans are of course delighted.

Her husband, Justin Bieber, wanted to bring attention to this success in a social media page – but things didn’t exactly go to plan.

In an Instagram post on May 20, the ‘Baby’ singer revealed that he once made a brutal dig at her about her modelling career and was glad that he was mistaken.

But unfortunately, fans weren’t exactly happy with this and hit back at the star.

Justin wrote in his now-edited Instagram caption: “Yo, this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight. I told Hails that she would never be on the cover of Vogue.

“Yikes I know, so mean. For some reason because I felt so disrespected. I thought I gotta get even.

“I think as we mature we realize that we’re not helping anything by getting even we’re honestly just prolonging what we really want which is intimacy and connection.”

He then concluded: “So baby u already know but forgive me for saying u wouldn’t get a Vogue cover cuz clearly I was sadly mistaken.”

So yeah… maybe not the best caption to celebrate your wife’s achievement? And it certainly drew some rather critical comments from his fans.

One user said: “Some things are best kept to yourself. Like this caption.”

Another quipped: “She doesn’t need haters she already has you.”

While one furious fan replied: “Congrats on taking one of Hailey’s biggest moments and making it about you. Now no one’s talking about rhode at sephora, or about how strong she is bc of her 18 hour long delivery. they’re talking about how much you hate her.”

Though many took issue with Bieber’s comments, others defended the star and praised his honesty.

One user said: “Why the people saying ‘so unnecessary’ Justin being honest, [on] his social media, respect.”

Another commented: “People think relationships are perfect and that there are no arguments, he was honest and everything is fine. Be happy, and let JB be happy. Who has never had a bad fight with their partner?”

And a third wrote: “He said sorry that’s enough.. Momma Hails is stunning.”

Bieber has since changed the caption to a line of positive emojis.

She’s not happy

Hailey Bieber shared her thoughts after Justin Bieber was ranked eighth in a list of the greatest pop stars of the 21st century.

And it’s very clear she’s not happy about it.

Over the last few weeks, American music publication Billboard has been sharing the names of the musicians honoured with a place on the list.

In late October, it was revealed that the ‘What Do You Mean?’ singer was ranked eighth, putting him behind Kanye West, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Drake, and Rihanna.

The top two artists have yet to be revealed, but fans have speculated the final two are likely to be Beyoncé and Taylor Swift.

Although Bieber’s place on the list is respectable, the Rhode Skin beauty brand founder was far from impressed.

She made her feelings known by commenting on Billboard’s Instagram account, and on Thursday (November 21), a screenshot of the comment went viral.

“Billboard is a f***ing joke as per usual,” she wrote, signing off with a kiss emoji.

Bieber rose to fame after he was signed by music manager Scooter Braun at the age of 13.

He caught Braun’s attention after posting covers of hits by Chris Brown and Ne-Yo on his YouTube channel.

After releasing singles and an EP in 2009, his song ‘Baby’ was a massive worldwide hit. He has scored eight Billboard Hot 100 number one hits, 26 top 10s.

His most recent hit, ‘Stay’ with The Kid LAROI, spent 63 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

And new music appears to be on the horizon. Speaking to The New York Times, writer and producer Mk.gee teased their collaboration process as well as a new project.

“He’s searching,” he said. “Anything that comes out of his mouth: That’s pop music. You can really do pretty wild stuff behind that, just because it represents something.”

Since welcoming his first child, a son named Jack Blues Bieber, with his wife Hailey, the singer has mostly kept out of the spotlight. The couple shared the news that they welcomed the baby boy in an Instagram post on August 24.

The Biebers got married in September 2018, and first announced that they were expecting a child together in May 2024.

Justin shared an image of one of the newborn’s tiny little feet, with Hailey’s hand in shot too, with the caption: “Welcome home, Jack Blues Bieber.”

Justin and Hailey Bieber shared to the world yesterday (August 23) that they’ve become parents, however, unlike most celeb kids names these days – the two are seemingly a stickler for tradition.

Yes, the singer recently confirmed the birth of his baby boy and it seems crazy to meet that Justin is a dad… crazy but fitting.

It seems like only yesterday he was a young kid with a bowl cut, singing about his school crush.

The now 30-year-old has had an incredibly interesting career after having first risen to fame when he was just 16 years old back in 2009.

Bieber married his wife Hailey in September 2018 and now the two have become parents to a little boy – whose name they also revealed.

The pop star took to his Instagram to post a picture of his newborn’s feet, captioning it: “Welcome home, Jack Blues Bieber.”

And of course, people were incredibly interested in the baby’s name as it seems like a fairly normal choice, especially given the whole host of unique names a few celebrities have bestowed upon their kids.

Fans took to social media to congratulate him and Hailey, with one Twitter user writing: “Justin and Hailey are gonna be amazing parents Congratulations to the Biebers!”

“He’s the only celebrity giving normal name to their kid,” another commented.

While a third said: “Omg! Jack Blues Bieber! What a cute name! Definitely a future popular! Congrats to them!”

While another added: “And a fourth resolved: “Lol finally a normal name for a celebrity baby.”

Many fans have speculated about the reason behind the name ‘Jack’, namely that Jeremy Bieber’s middle name is Jack.

But he is also seemingly the reason behind the ‘Baby’ singer carrying on a particular family tradition, according to PEOPLE.

Well, it’s giving your child the ‘JB’ initials – with the first name being and ‘J’ and the second name a ‘B’ – I don’t think I needed to explain that, but just in case some people didn’t understand.

Of course there’s Justin Bieber, his dad Jeremy Bieber, his half-sister Jazmyn bieber, half-brother Jaxon Bieber, they all don the JB initials and so too now does Jack Blues Bieber.

Although, the singer also has a half-sister called Bay, again fathered to Jeremy, and step-sister Allie – so there’s clearly some exceptions to the ‘JB’ rule.

It’s nice to see a celebrity follow in family traditions, you don’t really here of it much these days.

Congratulations to the Biebers!

Hailey Bieber addresses rumors she ‘liked’ video mocking Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco

Fans speculated the alleged ‘beef’ was back on…

Hailey Bieber has addressed rumors that she ‘liked’ a video mocking Selena Gomez and her fiancé, Benny Blanco.

TikToker claimed Hailey dragged up her alleged spat with Selena by ‘liking’ a video about her and her fiancé.

The content creator posted a video with a collection of photographs of the couple from their Interview Magazine cover shoot and described them as ‘the WORST’.

The clip went viral and has accumulated more than 2.2 million views at the time of writing.

But in a follow-up, the TikToker then accused Hailey ‘herself’ of liking the video with an alleged screenshot of the notification.

“I was being a little shady to Selena Gomez,” the creator admitted.

“However, that means that the Selena Gomez [and] Justin Bieber beef is alive and well people.”

They added: “I feel like this is definitive proof.”

Now, Hailey’s rep has spoken out about the alleged incident, telling US Weekly in a statement: “This never happened.”

“This entire story has been fabricated by a content creator looking to capitalize off of an old, tired narrative,” it added.

The Bieber-Gomez alleged feud spans years as the two women have been pitted against each other for their romantic involvement with the ‘Baby’ hitmaker, Justin Bieber.

The 32-year-old former child star dated the Canadian singer on and off between 2009 and 2018.

Then the Rhode Skin founder, 28, began dating him after he separated from Selena – and married him that same year.

The couple have always denied any relationship overlap and Hailey also denies that she ‘stole’ the pop star from Selena.

Yet, amid their newlywed bliss, the Biebers were met with backlash from Selena’s fans.

The women have made several attempts to put an end to the rumors of their ‘spat’, even posing together in pictures at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures’ Gala in 2022 and addressing allegations in social media posts and press interviews.

In an interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Hailey stated it was ‘all love’ between her and Selena, though was later accused of poking fun at Selena’s beauty tricks on social media, sparking fresh speculation of their apparent ongoing feud.

Then in 2023, Selena and Hailey appeared to put the rumors to bed once and for all as the Wizards of Waverly Place star defended Justin’s wife on social media.

She said Hailey had received ‘death threats and such hateful negativity’.

“I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop,” Selena added.

Hailey then posted her thanks to Selena for ‘speaking out’ on the online hate.

“We all need to be more thoughtful about what we post and what we say, including myself,” the model added. “In the end, I believe love will always be bigger than hate and negativity, and there is always an opportunity to meet each other with more empathy and compassion.”

The ‘Love Yourself’ singer proposed to Hailey in July 2018 and they tied the knot just two months later.

The Biebers welcomed their first child, Jack Blues, in August last year.

Meanwhile, Selena confirmed she was dating music producer Benny Blanco, 37, towards the end of 2023 before announcing their engagement on Instagram in December 2024.

Hailey appeared to show her support for the couple by ‘liking’ the Instagram post.

Justin Bieber makes savage joke about FaceTiming with Stevie Wonder

Justin Bieber has collaborated with Stevie Wonder twice

Justin Bieber’s joke about Stevie Wonder’s FaceTime call is something you can only believe if you read it yourself.

The hitmaker, who has been facing some challenges recently with the social media storm against him, took to Instagram to let loose yesterday (April 10).

Recently, he has been quite active on Instagram, posting content regularly and updating fans on his life, some of which has worried those reading them.

However, it was a post about the ‘Isn’t She Lovely’ legend that has got everyone talking this week.

Yesterday, Bieber posted to his Instagram Stories a little screenshot of himself trying to call Wonder on FaceTime, and his comment was absolutely savage.

Bieber and Wonder have previously performed together on two occasions in 2011 as they sang ‘Someday at Christmas’ at a charity benefit show in LA and again, when they performed ‘The Christmas Song’ on The X Factor TV show.

When it came to his Instagram Stories, he decided to get funny about the 25-time Grammy winner’s blindness.

“This fool never sees my facetimessss,” wrote Bieber over a photo of himself smiling at the camera.

Maybe he was waiting for Wonder, 74, to answer the call?

Wonder wasn’t born blind, which might come as a surprise to many.

According to the singer, who spoke with Wesley Morris and former US president Barack Obama on The Wonder of Stevie podcast, he explained: “I was born. Shortly after that, I’m blind. My mother went through the different things, and so my experience with that was deep.”

He said that his mother would cry ‘every night’ which led him to tell her: “Mama, you shouldn’t cry, you’re making my head hurt.”

“And I said, ‘Maybe God has something for me that’s bigger than all this’.”

Of course, he was correct as he has gone on to have an extensive music career with many accolades that other singers could only dream of having.

Bieber has been very active online, with some of his posts sparking concern for his wellbeing.

In one instance, he wrote: “People told me my whole life ‘wow Justin u deserve that’ and I personally have always felt unworthy, like I was a fraud,” he wrote. “Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky like, damn if they only knew my thoughts.

“How judgemental I am, how selfish I really am, they wouldn’t be saying this. I say all this to say, if you feel sneaky welcome to the club. I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days.”

Another post saw the singer share that he hated himself, and also how he was always taught not to have hate in his heart, but he struggled with the notion as he had been hurt by experiences in life.

As of now, rumors are rife that he and his wife are separating, however, none of these claims have been substantiated and are being toted as social media fluff.
